You can access your account in multiple ways. The easiest and most convenient way is to download the PartnersOne app from your app store.

How to Transact
How to make a sale and a member via the website & PartnersOne app
Using the Partners App
1 - Sign in to your account
2 - On the main menu, select wether you are Processing a Sale or Paying a Member

3a - If making a sale, type in or scan the member's card information, sale amount, tip (if applicable), and description.
3b - If making a purchase, type in the business name or contact to find the account. Then key in the amount, tip (if applicable), and description (if desired).
4 - When the transaction is approved, you will receive a confirmation code, and both parties will receive a transaction receipt.
** If you are attempting to Pay A Member and they belong to a different community other than PartnersOne, Pay A Member is currently not available. Please provide the seller with your card number to process.
Using the Website
1 - Sign in to your account
2 - Click the Transact button

3 - Select wether you are making a sale or a purchase.


4a - If making a sale, type in the member's card information, sale amount, tip (if applicable), and a description (if desired).
4b - If making a purchase, type in the business name or contact to find the account. Then key in the purchase amount, tip (if applicable), and description (if desired).
5 - When the transaction is approved, you will receive a confirmation code, and both parties will receive a transaction receipt.
